All made-to-order items require 3–9 working days for production before dispatch.

4. Shipping Policy

  • All shipping costs are confirmed before payment

  • Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

4.4 Lost, Stolen, or Missing Parcels

We are responsible for your order until it has been delivered to the address provided.

If tracking confirms delivery but you have not received your order, please contact us. We will assist in investigating the issue with the courier.

4.5 Customs & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
