Returns & Refunds Policy

All of our products are made to order, meaning each item is produced specifically for you after your order is placed.

Because of this, our returns policy is different from standard retail.

1. Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Preference after receiving the item

We strongly recommend checking size guides and product details carefully before placing your order.

2. Your Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

You are entitled to a remedy if goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.

3. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect (wrong item sent)

We will offer a replacement or refund.

4. Reporting an Issue

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • You must provide:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos showing the issue

Please send all claims via our contact email or website contact form.

5. Resolution

If your claim is approved, we will:

  • Send a replacement item at no extra cost, or

  • Issue a refund to your original payment method

We reserve the right to determine the most appropriate resolution depending on the situation.

6. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Worn or used items

  • Items damaged after delivery

  • Items without sufficient proof of fault

7. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately after placing it. We cannot guarantee changes once production begins.

8. Shipping Issues

If your order arrives damaged, please report it within the timeframe above.

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, contact us and we will assist in investigating the issue with the courier.
